Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 10tk

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "10tk" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to the 10tk online betting platform operated at https://10tk.lat and all associated services, features, and content made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any natural person who has registered an account with 10tk and accesses the platform for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.
• "Account" — the unique registered profile created by the Player on the 10tk platform, through which bets are placed, funds are deposited and withdrawn, and bonuses are managed.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a Player's 10tk account, comprising real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by 10tk to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to real-money funds.
• "Services" — collectively, all sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports betting, and other wagering or gaming products available on the 10tk platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the primary fiat currency in which accounts are maintained.
• "USDT" — Tether USD stablecoin, an accepted cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal method on the 10tk platform.

By accessing the 10tk platform, completing the account registration process, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 10tk in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings, whether written or oral. They are to be read in conjunction with any specific rules or terms published for individual promotions, tournaments, or game types, which form supplementary terms.

Use of the 10tk platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an active account.
• You are accessing the platform as a natural person acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies specifically to you.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 10tk platform or had an account closed by 10tk for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person for the purpose of gambling, nor are you receiving any commission, fee, or benefit in connection with the outcome of any bet placed on the platform.

10tk reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

To access the full range of 10tk services, you must create a registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. Opening or operating more than one account simultaneously — including accounts in another person's name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 10tk reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close all but one, and forfeit balances associated with any duplicate account identified through technical or manual review.

Account registration does not create a contractual obligation on 10tk to accept any particular bet or to offer any particular service. 10tk retains absolute discretion to decline registration applications without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account as soon as possible after registration.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via [email protected].

10tk cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to maintain credential security. All transactions processed under your account credentials will be treated as authorised unless you have notified 10tk of a suspected compromise prior to those transactions occurring.

10tk accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services and the equivalent of $10 for USDT. 10tk does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment network. For mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad, this typically occurs within seconds. For USDT, confirmation is subject to blockchain network congestion and the required number of block confirmations.

10tk reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger a request for source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This reverse-payment policy is applied as a standard anti-fraud measure. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, 10tk will work with the Player to identify an acceptable alternative, subject to identity verification.

Withdrawals are typically processed within one hour during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside standard hours will be queued and processed when support staff are next available. 10tk does not charge withdrawal fees; network fees for USDT withdrawals are deducted from the withdrawal amount at the prevailing blockchain rate.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 or $10 USDT equivalent.
• Withdrawals will be held pending where account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• 10tk may perform enhanced checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 per transaction.

10tk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in the Rewards section of the platform, which form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 10tk promotions unless explicitly overridden in specific promotion terms include:

• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and credited to the real-money balance only upon completion of stated wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing players only. One welcome bonus per player, household, device, and payment method.
• 10tk reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash other than through the standard wagering completion process.

All bets placed on the 10tk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market, or game type in question. These rules are accessible within each betting market and within the game interface for casino and slot products. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing a wager.

10tk reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances without prior notice:

• An event is abandoned, postponed, or materially altered before the bet can be settled under the standard market rules.
• Odds or game parameters were published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was subject to match-fixing or corruption.
• The bet was placed by an ineligible player or in breach of these Terms.

In the case of erroneous odds, 10tk will endeavour to notify affected players promptly and will void the relevant bets, returning stakes to account balances. Winnings calculated on the basis of erroneous odds will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10tk platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, live casino, or any multiplayer game environment.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing or the manipulation of any sporting event offered on the platform.
• Using the platform to launder funds or to disguise the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with any part of the 10tk platform's software, infrastructure, or security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.

10tk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 10tk players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spend. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Your account cannot be reactivated until the selected period has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic session duration alerts to keep track of how long you have been playing.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 10tk intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming activity. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, screen-scraping, data extraction, or any use that competes with or undermines the 10tk platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10tk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.

10tk's total aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 10tk's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players retain all statutory rights that are not waivable under applicable mandatory legislation.

10tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 10tk platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law as applicable in the context of international online gaming platforms serving players in Bangladesh. 10tk does not make representations as to the legality of online betting in any specific jurisdiction and players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to them personally.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 10tk regarding the outcome of a bet, a bonus calculation, a withdrawal decision, or any other matter arising from these Terms, the following escalation process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Support: Contact the 10tk support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. The team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalated Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may request an escalated review by a senior member of the 10tk team. Escalated reviews are completed within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: The outcome of the escalated review represents 10tk's final position on the dispute. All decisions made in the context of game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform's certified RNG systems and cannot be reversed on the basis of personal preference or outcome dissatisfaction.

10tk's decisions on all matters relating to game integrity, bonus eligibility, account standing, and prohibited conduct are final and binding. Players accept that by using the platform they submit to this internal dispute resolution process as the primary mechanism for resolving disagreements with 10tk.
